Broker Platform

About You:

The Apprentice Administration Support role will work within the business development department to support new and existing business initiatives.

You will be an ambitious individual who may want to move into business development in the future. In terms of your experience, your attitude is everything, but we'd particularly love to see your:

• An ambitious individual with demonstrable experience in showing initiative / good attitude – this could be in personal projects / extra curricular activities

• A genuine interest in fintech/software/finance – with evidence to support this

• Strong communication skills (verbally/written)

• Ability to manage / prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines

• Willingness to be a team player who recognises the importance of collaboration as well as a desire in understanding our business needs and challenges

• Ability to work independently at times and help us to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction

What will you be doing?

• Cleanse and review Monthly commissions data to understand overall club, Lender, and Broker performance. Generate a number of reports to be uploaded to Power BI – Commissions data, Protection Data, Individual Members performance, Profit and Loss.

• Applications data collection

• Monthly member performance – focus on top 10 and bottom 10

• Enquiries handling and SLA tracking

• New firm onboarding – Welcome email, GAP and Contract Firms sheet updating, add to email distribution, due diligence, Letter of Authority.

• New lender onboarding – Updating procuration fees and registration guide for website, notifying Sourcing partners (Twenty7Tec, Trigold, Mortgage Brain)

• Annual member due diligence

• Review competitor Procuration Fees, recommend changes to ours accordingly, maintain Procuration Fee tracker

• Light touch telephone account management for specified firms

• Identify areas of growth and relationship improvement for the club through understanding of the market, club performance and distribution

• 1st Line telephone support

• Assistance monitoring Help and finova Connect inbox

• Assistance with BrokerID & SDM Subscription changes via the BrokerID website – removal and addition of users, expiration updates
